What this policy covers
This policy explains how SONGLUX uses cookies, browser storage, scripts, tags and similar storage or access technologies on songlux.com. Some technologies are necessary to provide a secure service you request. Others are optional and remain disabled unless you choose to enable the relevant category.
Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support functions such as security, checkout, authentication, private customer access, fraud and misuse prevention, service reliability and remembering choices needed to provide the site. These functions are not switched off through the optional preference controls because the requested service may not work correctly without them.
Remembering your privacy choices
SONGLUX stores your optional privacy choices in your browser so the site can remember whether Analytics and Support & live chat are enabled. This preference record is used to apply your choices and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer.
Analytics
If you enable Analytics, SONGLUX may load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate page and journey performance. Google advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied by the SONGLUX consent configuration. SONGLUX is designed not to send customer prompt text, lyrics, names, email addresses or private story content to analytics tools. Clarity is blocked from private routes and sensitive form fields on creation and checkout routes are masked.
Support and live chat
If you enable Support & live chat, SONGLUX may load Tawk.to when the live-chat feature is available. If you disable this category, SongLux does not start the chat integration on a new page load and asks an already loaded widget to disconnect and hide. Live chat is optional; the support page remains available without it.
Marketing and advertising
SONGLUX does not currently enable advertising storage, ad user data or ad personalisation through this preference centre. If that practice changes, the preference controls and this policy should be updated before or when the new technology is enabled.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change Analytics or Support & live chat independently. Reject optional keeps both categories off. Accept optional enables both categories. Necessary technologies remain available so requested site functions can continue to work.

The exact storage items created by a provider can change as browsers and third-party services evolve. SONGLUX therefore describes the purpose and provider categories here rather than presenting a fixed list that could become inaccurate.
